Although we can't reply immediately to every message we receive, someone from our office will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are inquiring as to the status of an order placed please allow at least two weeks after the date placed BEFORE questioning it. Having to take the time to research orders that were just placed as to when they will be shipped stops us from producing and shipping out shirts and slows the whole process down. Any order inquires that are premature to a two week prior order date will not be answered. Also any inquires that do not provide the name and address of the customer as well as what they ordered and how they paid will not be answered as well. We are currently recieving so many orders on a daily basis we need to keep the premature inquires to a minumum so we can concentrate on getting the orders out as fast as possible.
